My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while in need of renovation, did meet our basic needs, but the view from the balcony was not ideal. The service staff were friendly and helpful, although a few interactions left me feeling slightly inconvenienced. The central location was convenient for exploring Santa Fe, but some aspects could be improved. The dining experience was good in terms of value and quality. Overall, the facilities were adequate for my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were large and spacious, the cleanliness was somewhat lacking with a room that needed to be vacuumed. On the bright side, the newly remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. The parking included in the price was convenient, but the overall ambiance was dark and a bit cramped.
